Maribel Perez is an experienced Realtor with over 22 years in the industry, licensed in California since 2001. A dedicated member of the Placer County Association of Realtors and a resident of Placer County for nearly 30 years, her career is marked by consistent performance and a strong track record, including over 600 successful transactions.

 

Originally from Chicago, Maribel moved to Roseville in 1987, the year she started her journey as a wife and mother. She moved to Mexico in 1990 for several years, during which time she became a business owner. During her time in Mexico, Maribel enriched her life, fostering her skills in business, negotiation, leadership, and customer service. Immersing herself in the local culture and language, she became fluent in Spanish and developed a deep understanding of both Mexican and American customs. Maribel considers herself fortunate to have the unique perspective of being a fusion of both countries, which contributes to her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
